The Blind Biz is a Michigan based business, family owned by Rich and Jackie Sumampow.

Since Incorporating in 2001, The Blind Biz Inc. has doubled in size each and every year. Rich handles all of the shop at home appointments, installations and repairs. Jackie handles all of the scheduling, ordering and all office duties. In 2004 they welcomed their first daughter, Suzanna who is 2 years old. She is the joy of their life and they thank God every day for her.

Jackie grew up in Troy, Michigan. She graduated from Oakland University with a degree in Communications. Her family has been in the window treatment business for 16 years. Beginning in high school she had worked 10 years for the family business learning the trade.

Rich grew up in Gaylord, Michigan. He graduated from Michigan State with an Advertising Degree. After meeting Jackie, he learned everything about the window treatment business.

Together they have worked to help The Blind Biz Inc. grow into one of the most referred window treatment businesses in Metro-Detroit.
